Monday, 28 September. The beginning of another week. After last night's super-blood-moon, we're more prepared than ever for some nocturnal running and yoga. We'll meet at 6:00pm at 55 Canal Walk in Providence, on the Canal side of the building. We'll do a little quick warm-up stretching, then commence to running/walking for about 30 minutes, and wind up with a relaxing and energizing yoga session starting at around 6:45. Newcomers welcome as we enjoy our first full week of fall!
