YOGA WITH FRONTRUNNERS
Frontrunners Rhode Island offers FREE yoga sessions every Monday evening immediately following our group run. Our yoga venue varies by the season. We gather at 6:00 PM to do a quick 10 minute group stretch and warmup led by our yoga instructor, Erik. This is followed by a 3 mile group run/walk. We reconvene at 6:45 PM for an hour long exhilarating yoga session. If you're interested in joining yoga only, please plan to arrive by 6:40 PM.
All paces and levels welcome! Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we also have some extras to share). Please check our calendar link for confirmation of schedule as this may vary week to week depending on weather, holidays, Erik's availability, venue, etc. Please note that once we move indoors, yoga may be biweekly or monthly depending on venue availability.
We also have a collection box for any small monetary donations that go towards the club's expenses for Pridefest registration and supplies, website maintenance, etc.
